The new version includes a woven elastic keeper sleeve (not pictured) that slips over the steel G-hook to further reduce unwanted noise from rattling against the buttstock. It also prevents the G-hook from making direct contact with surrounding gear, eliminating unnecessary wear and tear on your expensive rifle system. Finally, we updated the stitching to a cleaner looking and stronger bar-tack stitching throughout with redundant bar-tack stitches at critical points to ensure reliability in the most demanding conditions.

LGA Systems is proud to offer the new SAL™ (Sling Adapter Loop™) for the SCAR battle rifle and M4 Carbine with standard waffle or SOPMOD buttstocks. Also works perfectly with other popular mil-spec stocks like the Magpul CTR. This innovative adapter is completely tool-free and allows you to attach your favorite sling directly to the rear of your SCAR's buttstock using a mil-spec ITW emergency release buckle.
You can now take advantage of the SCAR's rear buttstock sling point for the most stable 2-point sling carry possible, while also being quick-release capable and fully ambidextrous for intuitive strong-side to weak-side shouldering transitions.
The ITW Nexus GhillieTEX™ side-release buckle incorporates IR Signature Reduction Technology, and allows the sling to be removed even while under tension by simply pressing in on the side latches simultaneously. This eliminates inadvertent release of the sling from the rifle, while also providing emergency release capability in the event that an operator gets their sling hung up on an object.
A simple, but effective way to avoid failure prone push-button QD socket adapters and sling swivels, while still allowing the sling to be removed quickly for convenience and in emergency scenarios.

- The ITW buckles we use have a streamlined shape and size that keeps them roughly the same width as the sling webbing, keeping unnecessary bulk to a minimum. They do not rattle and make unwanted noise, which makes them perfect for noise sensitive operations.
- By using a mil-spec G-hook with the webbing cleverly woven through to "block" the hook, the adapter cannot unweave itself off the buttstock like other quick-release adapters that use basic webbing loops for attachment. In order to unhook the tail end of the adapter from the G-hook, the user must intentionally "unblock" the G-hook first by pushing the webbing aside.

Includes the male end of the ITW Nexus GhillieTEX™ side-release buckle, which has a 1” slot for standard issue slings up to approx. 1.20” wide. We have tested and confirmed good fit with the Vickers Slings as well as Magpul slings, which both come in at slightly under 1.20". Slings measuring 1.25" or wider may be a bit tight going through the ITW buckle. This male end completely replaces your existing rear sling hardware and directly connects to the female end on the Sling Adapter Loop™.
